President & Chief Executive Officer

Mike is a retired U.S. Air Force officer with 20 years of service and has held several senior leadership positions in the private sector. Prior to joining NTA, Mike was Senior Vice President of Artel, responsible for business development operations and strategies.

He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of La Verne and a Master’s in systems management from the University of Southern California.

Robert Richards

Robert Richards

Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Robert Richards is responsible for corporate finance, accounting, contracts, compliance, and treasury management. Mr. Richards is a M.B.A. with management experience for publically traded, privately owned, and private equity backed companies. He has built and lead teams responsible for nearly all the key functional groups in a finance organization including financial planning and analysis, accounting, project control, billing and collections, accounts payable, and payroll.

Suzanne M. McKoy

Vice President, Human Resources

As Vice President of Human Resources, Suzanne is responsible for leading the Human Resources and Recruiting Efforts. In her position as VP HR, Suzanne is assigned to the office of the Chief Executive Officer of National Technologies Associates, Inc.

Before joining NTA, Suzanne served as a Director of Human Resources for WBB and was responsible for developing a human capital strategy, and operational execution of benefits, compensation, training, and employee relations. Suzanne holds a BA from the University of Maryland, and a Management Certificate in Human Resources from The Catholic University.

Paul Beaumont

Paul Beaumont

Vice President, International Business

Paul Beaumont serves National Technologies Associates, Inc. (NTA) as VP, International Business. Paul provides strategic guidance for NTA business development; identifying and nurturing business relationships. Mr. Beaumont graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 1984 with a BS in Aerospace Engineering, and served the U.S. Navy as a pilot in VQ-4 and VA-42 flying the EC-130Q, TC-4C, and T-34C.

Since leaving the Navy, Paul worked for Outboard Marine Corporation as a Senior Project Engineer for Johnson/Evinrude and as Division Director and member of the Board of Directors for Technical Systems Integration (TSI).

Greg Emmons

Greg Emmons

Vice President, Strategy & Business Development

Greg Emmons is a retired Army Officer with over 40 year’s executive experience in the Federal Market. Prior to joining NTA, Greg served as the Vice President, URS Federal Services managing solutions and services for the Army, Air Force and Combatant Command Business Area. Greg also has served as the Operations Manager for Northrop Grumman Mission Systems, where he was responsible for business development and account management of professional services supporting USSOCOM, USCENTCOM, USSOCCENT and other Combatant Command, Army, and Air Force programs.

Greg had a distinguished 25 year Military career with the U.S. Army Signal Corps commanding at the Company and Battalion level. Greg also served in many Joint assignments including Director of Communications J6, Special Operations Command Central (SOCCENT), Chief of Communications, National Airborne Operations Center (NAOC); and Director C4 Current Operations CCJ6C, United States Central Command (USCENTCOM).

Greg received his Master of Science Degree in Information Systems Management from Central Michigan University, and his Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics from Southern Connecticut University.

Lauren Lawrence

Vice President, Human Resources

Lauren brings over 17 years of Human Resources/Talent Acquisition experience to her role as Vice President, Human Resources for NTA. Prior to joining NTA, Lauren was Executive Director with ManTech International. She earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland.
